Problem Statement
In the African region, it is not uncommon for counterfeit products with fake labels to be distributed through individual retailers or markets. Such products mislead consumers and ultimately harm the brand image. Recognizing this issue, we aim to undertake a project to raise consumer awareness about the importance of genuine products.
Campaign Description
The "Better" campaign, conducted in East Africa, highlights the reasons why consumers should choose authentic LG products. Through concise visuals, images, and icons, it explains the advantages of LG products, including their high quality, reliability, and sustainability. This campaign successfully engages with customers through LG's East Africa social media accounts, emphasizing the value of purchasing genuine LG products and raising brand awareness.
