Problem Statement
In the African region, it is not uncommon for counterfeit products with fake labels to be distributed through individual retailers or markets. Such products mislead consumers and ultimately harm the brand image. Recognizing this issue, we aim to undertake a project to raise consumer awareness about the importance of genuine products.
Campaign Description
This campaign was conducted in East Africa. The purpose of the campaign was to raise customer awareness about the brand and encourage them to purchase genuine products.
Solution
The fact that genuine products always have a serial code number is visually presented. This information is regularly updated on a quarterly or yearly basis. The same concept is applied to brand shop decorations.
